Christmas festivities!

So I am on facebook. I like to take pictures of people jumping. So I may be having a photography gig in Aug. and need some serious experience and reasons to photograph. anyone have some suggestions?

BLAGO sucks and should I get a facebook?

Okay so Governor Blago is totally crazy and it amazes the amount of arrogance he poses. Truly appalling!

Onto other news I have been asked by 10 people this week alone to get a facebook page. It feels that the more I resist the more uncomfortable it will be for me to actually start it. What should I do?

Also congrats to James hsieh who will be married this weekend and congrats to Helen who will be engaged this weekend.

Max's B-day and Thanksgiving

So on Thanksgiving day I had emailed two of my friends that I wanted to start to learn photography and get a SLR camera. I went to Aunt Chi's house for Thanksgiving dinner just to find that Ben has got a SLR camera. Only my two photos made the cut, they are bellow. You can see the difference between those and the pictures I took with my regular power shot at Max's B-day. Also HAPPY Birthday MAX! SO I have bought my camera and it is on its way $1000 later.

The weather was perfect all the days we were there. The resort was also beautiful. As you can see Dan's eye was black, it may appear Michael punched him, it was actually an accident that happened at the waterpolo game. After surgery, Dan is all better. By the way sorry no one believed you your eye socket was broken on the trip.

On to news...I turned down a possible promotion that would have been more stressful and time consuming at my company and have decided to stay at my current position. They gave a $1000 bonus cuz I have been doing my current job so well, so I am rich BIATCH....wait...

Halloween

I don't remember the last time I actually dressed up for Halloween, pretty sure I was in junior high. Anyways these are pictures of the festivities. I was a dice and Michael wore a name tag that said, " Hello my name is ... Dave" that was it.

Michael is an idiot

I was asking my not so kind husband as to how long we will be staying with his family in Taiwan and he tells me its his vacation and if I don't want to stay there I don't have to and that it is only two hours away. I stated that it was only a question as to how long we will be in this other part of taiwan? than he goes "I answered your question". Than was like your stupid! I joked that it would be my b-day weekend. and he stated that he did not plan on hanging out with me. For those michael supporters out there. Here is truth and facts for you! he sucks and i have to see him everyday at work and at night......sucks....

On to better things....my Mexico trip, my hotel was shut down due to violating some eco thing, and we had to scrounge and found something last minute. Now the place is suckier, I guess that is what i deserve for choosing luxurious hotels that have no consideration for nature.

Baby NEWS!

Did I freak you out? I am not having a baby and probably never will. This past weekend I had the honor to take care of my nephews Jed and Isaac, who are great kids by the way. Michael and I have come to realize how tiring it really is. By 9:30 we were sooo beat. I passed out and woke up the next morning at 11am and told michael I had not had such a great sleep in awhile because I was that tired. I cannot imagine having to wake up after a tiring day at 7am and doing it again all over. I would pass out.

It is unbelievable how Evans knocked Liddell out! It was also amazing. That was an awesome knock out! And what happened to Dan Henderson fighting no namers, he is truly on the bottom of the standings. AFter the fight we found a bar that had karaoke with a band instead of a machine. it was pretty cool.

SEATTLE

The decision is in...babies are hard. I was all nervous to take Jed my nephew on the flight back from Seattle to Chicago. He slept most of the way, but my ARM WAS killing me. But nothing beats a sleeping baby on your shoulders. He was in good mood most of the time. But still it was hard because after the flight he was picked up by his grandfather, I was exhausted, I cannot imagine having to than be back at home with the baby. I do parents do it??!!?

Bears GAME

The only gross thing that happened was that I went to the porto pottie and later found that the toilet paper I thought I had threw in there was actually still in my underwear...I did I just share that....

Party Pooper--only happens to michael

So michael was recently invited for an afternoon party at his old co-workers home, he had asked if I wanted to go and I really did not feel like it and he only knew like four people there. So Michael leaves for the party around 3:30, around 4:30 he calls me and says that he was on his way home.

Apparently his friend was not there when he arrived, so he decided to park his car near the home which also happened to be by a park as he waited for his friend. As he was reading through some costco brochures I had left in the car and police man knocks on his window. He asks michael for his drivers license and runs the info on it. He returns and tells him that a nearby party had called citing there was suspicious behavior. Michael than explained to the policeman that he was suppose to attend that party however was waiting for his friend to arrive. However after the whole problem michael told the cop it was better he leaves, because he was too embarrassed now that everyone there can see that he has been approached by the cop. The cop insisted that he could clear michael's name by going there with him to the party and explain what happened, michael decided it was simply too embarrassing and came home.

So prior to the bowling . It was a difficult road to bowl. I had looked up places in Logan square to eat prior to getting there. I had found Caliente. first we bought ourselves each a liquor of choice, everyones were 6 packs and my was a bottle of wine , second we head over to Caliente because it is byob, however we get lost and end up walking back and forth 5 blocks. We are sooo hot and looking forward for dinner. Once we got there there was no one in the restaurant and it was hotter in the place than it was outside! It was terrible, the food was about 15-20 for an entree, so not only was it hot it was no cheap sitting in 100 degree heat, the only thing that was nice was the fact that they put our beers on ice and i put ice in my wine. either way four 6 packs later and one wine bottle we head to bowling...and it was all awesomeness from there.

Also the guy next to me is 6'5.
