Sunday Fun

So I was at church on Sunday and saw two old ladies. One was smart and the other was not, both were sleeping. How did I know one was smarter than the other. Well one wore sun glasses over her closed eyes, while the other was blatantly sleeping. Smart lady.

Day of shopping!

Recently I went shopping on president's day weekend. To my surprise president's day sale is not too shabby. It is a great day to shop because there are so many sales and most stores are trying get rid of their winter clothes and there are not that many people as opposed to going on black friday or day after Christmas. SO next year I will be hitting the shops only on Presidents day!

On to other news that other day I was in Chicago and decided to try to get into my condo, which is currently under construction. This construction guy let me in and I wandered down my hallway and trying all kinds of doors. To my surprise our door was open, I guess they were currently working on it. So I walked in and took about 20 steps and reached the end of my condo....I realize now that it is ridiculously small. Sad....

On to other news like my husband. He recently had gotten a gift cards from work to Macy's for like $200. At first he was like you get one hundred and I get the other. However, I was unable to find anything I liked. So I told michael he can use it all. I never realized how co-dependent we are. I was just like browsing through the racks and there was michael on my tail, I was like, " are you following me?" He was like, "yeah I don't know what to get." He could not make a decision about anything so to help me spend his money faster because he was sooo slow I picked out lucky jeans, hoodie and blazer which came out to be a whooping $180. To spend the rest he also got himselt two hats. Basically he could not even buy clothes without my help....i am growing an idiot...help me. So anyways for those that will be seeing michael, you will most likely be seeing his latest Macy's outfit...it is pretty pimp.

Anyways I miss Isaac, so far my favorite nephew.

A Little something something

Well, I have not updated in awhile....so basically we went to a TLC retreat, had a sad super bowl sunday, and just returned from British Columbia. First off TLC retreat was awesome with lots of talking, singing, and eating. It was a great opportunity to hang out with friends and pray together. Thanks TLC people! Second off we had super bowl Sunday at Jeff's....and it was sad. Third, we just got back from Seattle, where my sister lives and had a blast of hanging out, eating, snowboarding, playing with Isaac, and thinking about things that Michael is actually good at. Thanks Jo and Dan for you hospitality. Warning: When one goes to the B.C don't go to Mongolian Grill, as they weigh your food 3.30 dollars for 100 grams of food. What is a 100 gram of food? I ended up having a $40 plate of mongolian stir fry, Michael had $37, Jo had $30, and Dan came in third with $32. Clearly no one had any concept of how much 100 gram actually was. I feel stupid.
